Underdog started as a concept among friends, we spent most of our professional careers on wall street (M&A to be specific) and always wondered why there was a stereotypical profile for most founders. We spent time researching and arrived at the conclusion that a significant number of founders/early-stage ventures are overlooked because of not fitting into that prototypical mold. So here we are, a group of friends trying to change the VC landscape, investing in one underdog at a time.
